Hotel Review
Type of Trip: Umrah
What Year Did you Stay?: 2008 just a week ago.... Mat
Pros (Positives about the Hotel): hotel is lovely in its spec- you will think youre in European hotel
Cons (Negative aspects of Hotel): service is appalling. you have even the basic staff rude to you. On many occasions i gave up thinking that i could nt believe their attitude. Instead of seeing it as a duty to help worshippers its purely commercial.
That needs to change!!!

Hotel Review
Type of Trip: Umrah
What Year Did you Stay?: 2000 & 2001
Pros (Positives about the Hotel): Very close to the Prophet's Masjid. Right across the street. Nice size rooms.
Cons (Negative aspects of Hotel): The bathrooms had a leaking problem. The beds where Eastern type of beds (i.e. foam).
Would you Recommend it?: Yes
