What Year Did you Stay?: 2008

Pros (Positives about the Hotel): close to haram clean easy access great bkfast

Cons (Negative aspects of Hotel): rude reception staff and front desk need to learn basic ettiquites and manners
construction noise and dust probably preparation for haj

Type of Trip: Umrah

What Year Did you Stay?: 2008

Pros (Positives about the Hotel): Probably the closest hotel to women's entrance of the Prophet's (saw) Masjid. Bin Dawood Superstore, which is a supermarket is located beneath the hotel. The hotel is on top of a mall (which is bad for brother, and a good for sisters :-).

The hotel quality is similar to a Hampton Inn (hotel chain in the U.S)

Cons (Negative aspects of Hotel): Because the hotel is on top of the mall, finding your room and which elevators go there takes a good 1-2 day.

Would you Recommend it?: Yes
