**IMPORTANT: Read Before Rating a Hajj/Umrah Group or Hotel:**

1. Rate Hajj/Umrah Groups and Hotels based on what they promised vs what they delivered. Many people may unintentionaly rate the group based on how easy or how difficult the Hajj was. For example, if a group does not promise to provide transportation from Mina to Makkah, they should not be negatively rated if the walk from Mina to Makkah was difficult. etc. Rate based on what the group promised.

2. Do not negatively rate Hajj/Umrah Groups for which they have no control. For example delays due to traffic conditions, flight delays, etc.

3. Avoid using names of individual people.

4. When looking at the ratings and reviews, look at the holistic rating.

Very Bad Experience

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Madina
Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): I will say that Please save the hajj & do not use Sara International. The reason I am saying this is because I was fooled by reading the reviews on the Hajj sites last Year...I am informing the future Hajis about the disorganization in Sara International Travel. No Buses for Mina stay.
All the 600 people were cramped in small tents togather regardless of the package.
The nomber of days promised in 5 star hotel in Makkah were not provided.
Please Do not use Sara International... & Save your Hajj... I am trying to put the right information out there.... which I did not get wnen I planned my Hajj with Sara...

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Everythings good. Makkah was good. everything close.
buses were new clean and always there. Madina was nice. alot of food. tents in Mina was excellent. wonderful time. Sara out did themselves. will definately go again with sara and recommend you to go wit sara. anyone else will be a complete disaster.

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Madinah Stay
Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Makkah Stay was a nightmare from the start. Total lack of organization by the organizers. The attitude of Imam Sattar changed as soon he received the money. Were not allowed to call his office because we were "WASTING HIS TIME".......

No buses available ....in Makkah for all the Hajjis.. so people have to grab the seats & fight for it & I had to stand in the bus for 4 hours from Mina to Arafat.

We were not provided the hotel in Makkah for the number days promised & the alternative accomadation was far & we have to arrange our own transport...

Please do research before you go with SARA.... This is not a good group...

You will regret it..Save your Hajj & have a peace of mind by not usin it...

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Everything was good. no complaints. i will definitely go again. dont listen to negative reviews people. it's only ONE person (AG) that had a "bad experience" please dont let him and his slander persuade you in your decision. if you want to truth please contact Sara Travel or Imam sattaur. this brother is out to slander and bring a good brother down. Please do your research and dont listen to someone negative comment. speak to imam, because i went there and i dont know what this guy AG is talking about. Again i have pictures to prove that i and some people i met had a good time.

Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): I will still say that Please save the hajj & do not use Sara International. The reason I am proactive in this is because I was fooled by reading the reviews on the Hajj sites last Year...I have made it my duty to inform the future Hajis to inform about the disorganization in Sara International Travel.
As far as talking to Imam Sattar...instead of writing the reviews sounds fishy... first of all I know his nature.. and nothing will happen & Brothers please no one is in a authority of saying that my Hajj will not be accepted (its between me & my God)... this is the same tactic which Imam Sattar used during the Hajj... which was .. don't complain otherwise your Hajj will be bad..
Please Do not use Sara International... & Save your Hajj... I am trying to put the right information out there.... which I did not get wnen I planned my Hajj with Sara...
