What year did you go?: 2005

Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: Shaikh Abu Muaaz

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): The Najd Group Hotel was really nearby, almost next door
We had excellent location, and wonderful services

Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): a little bit of bus delays for about an hour but not a big deal.

Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: Shaikh Abu Muaaz

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): We went with abu muaaz group and we were five family members. We paid for a quad room, but abu muaaz gave us a triple and a double, and did not charge us extra.

We enjoyed our Umrah trip and look forward for the hajj insha Allah. Several members of our family has been with abu muaaz and we all enjoy his good company.

Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Our plane got delayed for 5 hours but Abu Muaaz was able to provide expensive meals at the airport even though this is not his fault

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): We went with our older parents and sister and uncle. This was my first experience and I did not like the Saudi system, long long waiting, but when i realise abu muaaz was trying his best at everything, we know that it is not his fault for bus delays. The crowd was great.But abu muaaz made everyrhing look easy. After a few days then I began to like this great crowd of pilgrims chanting Allah's name. We really now realise how well we were treated with abu muaaz after we heard horror stories from other groups. Abu muaaz is the best

Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): only the busses delay which is not abu muaaz fault

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Exciting trip for the first time with my father and mother. Everything went so smooth with abu muaaz accompanying us. We strongly recommend him

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): I went for Umrah with my husband right after our wedding with Abu Muaz. It was a short trip (4days). As promised, Abu Muaz provided us with a car from Jeddah to Medina, Medina to Mecca, and Mecca to Jeddah. The hotels in both Mecca and Medina were 2 - 3 minutes walk from the Haram. Hotels were great, food was great. Abu Muaz took us on a tour of Medina and showed us all the historic sites. This was not part of the package, definately shows how much he cares about his customers mashAllah. All in all, it was a trip of a life time for me, and Im glad we went through Abu Muaz.

Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): No Negatives. Abu Muaz provided us what he promised, and more. May Allah bless him and his family for taking care of his customers. InshAllah
