**IMPORTANT: Read Before Rating a Hajj/Umrah Group or Hotel:**

1. Rate Hajj/Umrah Groups and Hotels based on what they promised vs what they delivered. Many people may unintentionaly rate the group based on how easy or how difficult the Hajj was. For example, if a group does not promise to provide transportation from Mina to Makkah, they should not be negatively rated if the walk from Mina to Makkah was difficult. etc. Rate based on what the group promised.

2. Do not negatively rate Hajj/Umrah Groups for which they have no control. For example delays due to traffic conditions, flight delays, etc.

3. Avoid using names of individual people.

4. When looking at the ratings and reviews, look at the holistic rating.

Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: Abdul Aziz
Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Zam Zam hotel had a good cleaning service that would come in every afternoon to clean/sanitize the rooms.
Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): More telephones should be added be to able to contact the head of the group in case of any last minute questions/emergencies.

Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: Maulana Abdul Aziz
Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): The accomodations and the food was fine (as promised). The transfers to other cities were well coordinated. We were well prepared to be patient and expect delays that were not at all in their control
Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Our package was such that we departed right after Hajj. If we would have had an extra day in Mecca or Jeddah prior to our flight then we would have had some time to relax. The last four/five were very hectic and most of us were very tired.
Would you recommend it?: Yes

Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: Mufti Aziz Ahmed and Sheikh Hussain Sattar
Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): From the time we registered till we came back alhumdullilha it was great.Sister Nawal was very friendly and treated all of us like her sisters. Because of this group we got to stay at DarulTawheed intercontinental mecca and Hilton Mecca. We were all happy with this group.

Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: None, bunch of new kids /or fundamental mulas try to guide us, but were lost themselves
Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): For agent it was business decission to save money and geteverything done with minimum additional expense so he can have high ROI.

For me it was spritual experience, and shock. One can not even complain, it is HARAM to get angry. So, mahsallah, may Allah reward us in hereafter.
Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Group was not organize, well some kids acted like they are leading, but they didnot know anyone. I was better of reading from books and perform my Hajj.
