Hajj & Umrah Group Review
Was this a Hajj or Umrah?: Hajj
What year did you go?: 2009
Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: Mufti Haroon
Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): As Salam U Alaikum, I would like to extend my thanks to everyone in Chicago Hajj and Umrah. Considering the sheer number of hajjis, it was a successful and satisfying experience. I would like to extend my special thanks to Akeel, Yusuf, Zamir, Ayoub and Mufti Haroon. Also, to the supporting cast of food catering and those kids in particular. It was a very good experience. Thank you all.
Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Everything worked fine for me Mashallah

Hajj & Umrah Group Review
Was this a Hajj or Umrah?: Hajj
What year did you go?: 2009
Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: Mufti haroon
Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): 1) Hotel in medinah: Next to haram ( MAdinah al muwaddah)
2) Mufti Haroon: Always accessible and available.
Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): 1) Only for indo pak people
2) going from arafat to muzdalifa the leaders such as zamir and others took the first bus and found great space not for families though. Also if you are old and on wheel chair chances are you will end up travelling from mina back to makkah on open truck like sheeps and cows.
3) Neopotism: This exist even in Hajj groups.

Hajj & Umrah Group Review
Was this a Hajj or Umrah?: Hajj
What year did you go?: 2009
Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: Mufti Haroon
Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Mufti Haroon is knowledgeable and nice. Hotel in Madinah was good.
Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): The staff constantly lied to the Hajjis. Everything was in Urdu (even the tours in Madinah) Hotel in Mecca was over 2 hour walk from the Haram and the advertise that its 8 minutes away. This company is for Pakistanis only. My Wife and I felt ripped off. Please use another company, THESE GUYS ARE NOT HONEST!!!

Hajj & Umrah Group Review
Was this a Hajj or Umrah?: Hajj
What year did you go?: November 2009
Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: Mufti Haroon
Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Accommodations in Medina were quite decent as well as transportation. They did an excellent job providing plentiful food for all Hajjaj. Mufi Haroon was a very good source for Islam information especially for how ot perform Hajj properly. It was a trouble-free and delightful first Hajj for my wife and I and we would travel with them again if given the chance.
Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): The lack of communication within the management themselves caused a little confusion and the transportation was a small inconvenience. Hopefully in the future, they will have better organization and they imropve the scheduling for transportation.
