Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): I just want everyone to be warned!! We booked a brief tour with Chicago Hajj and were very dissatisfied with their services. When we arrived in Jedah, the tour drivers conned us of our money, and they belittled us when we complained about the hotel. The room was to be a deluxe suite, instead we were given one bedroom and all it had inside were 2 beds. This would be fine, but the price for which we paid for the room was much more than what we should have paid. Also, the guide for Chicago Hajj made the room sound more luxurious than it actually was. In addition, the guides did not want to drive us between Mecca and Medinah, though that had been previously agreed upon as part of our package deal. One of the drivers told us that it would have been better for us to have just found someone in Saudi Arabia instead of booking through Chicago Hajj. All in all, Chicago Hajj ruined what should have been the holiest of experiences for us.

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Overall the CH&U group performance was great. The food, accomodation, transportation, and time management was excellent with two exceptions of timing. The entire group, Hajaj, and Staff was very friendly and considerate and caring. The scholar with the group and the scholar in Madina (during visit)were very knowledgeable.

Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Few times waiting for events (departures or starting of the meetings)was uncessary. It could be improved by clear message and pehaps a written communications in the form of a handout or 'scheduled tasks'. The Scholar being extremely nice and polite repeated the same information multiple times and that instead of clarifications added to confusion.
