**IMPORTANT: Read Before Rating a Hajj/Umrah Group or Hotel:**

1. Rate Hajj/Umrah Groups and Hotels based on what they promised vs what they delivered. Many people may unintentionaly rate the group based on how easy or how difficult the Hajj was. For example, if a group does not promise to provide transportation from Mina to Makkah, they should not be negatively rated if the walk from Mina to Makkah was difficult. etc. Rate based on what the group promised.

2. Do not negatively rate Hajj/Umrah Groups for which they have no control. For example delays due to traffic conditions, flight delays, etc.

3. Avoid using names of individual people.

4. When looking at the ratings and reviews, look at the holistic rating.

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): Good scholar, good price, nice hotel in Madina
Cons (negative comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): The Management within the group did very little to assist us when we had difficulties with other guests which included violence amongst others. Were made sweet promises that were not kept. Were told to have sabr all the time. Felt let down. Hotel in Makkah was poor, but this was expected. Food was average, ate out half the time. Same management remains (they were lacks), I hope attitudes have changed.

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): This is an excellent group to do your hajj/umrah with. They take care of all your worldly necessities so you can truly concentrate on your ibadah. The best part of this group is that they organize talks so that you know exactly what you should be doing at each leg of your journey. The books they hand out before your journey are extremely helpful as they contain all the main duas and guidelines that you will need throughout your journey. The hotels are near the harams in both Makkah and Medina so getting to salaat in the harams is not as difficult. I highly recommend this group to anyone who is considering to do hajj or umrah from the UK.

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): I would recommened anyone planning to go for Haj to go with these guys... masha Allah it was a fantastic experience. A lot of people come back from Haj complaining about their tour group but Alhamdulillah NO complaints here! The ameer of the group was readily available to help, as were his colleagues. We took part in a fantastic Ziyara trip in Madinah. Acoomodation was very well chosen. Really good experience. If Allah wills, I would go with them again.

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): I have recommended Flight Express to my friends & colleaugues since performing Hajj & Umrah. The group was well organized incl: visas, tickets, transportation & accomodation which was close to the haram. Our group leaders were available at all times and the food provided in Makkah & Medina was of a very good standard. We were fortunate to have bayans too which made the experience more beneficial & the Ziyaara was excellent.

Who was the Scholar/Shaikh/Imam of your Group?: Mufti Farooq (Batley) Mufti Ebrahim (Leicester)
Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): I have no doubt this is the best group with which to undertake Hajj or Omrah from the UK. This is evident by the fact that I went more than once myself on Hajj with this group but also encouraged other families to take this group also. Recently my parents also went Hajj with this group. Managed by Indians, this is no cowboy group. They take very good care of you in the beginning, middle and also at the end. They regularly check up on you to make sure all is well and will go out of their way, even at 3am at night to put things right if sometimes they go wrong. The hotels are more than satisfactory, the transport very punctual, the food very well prepared, and the assistance very welcome. I strongly recommend this group for your Hajj/Omrah needs
