**IMPORTANT: Read Before Rating a Hajj/Umrah Group or Hotel:**

1. Rate Hajj/Umrah Groups and Hotels based on what they promised vs what they delivered. Many people may unintentionaly rate the group based on how easy or how difficult the Hajj was. For example, if a group does not promise to provide transportation from Mina to Makkah, they should not be negatively rated if the walk from Mina to Makkah was difficult. etc. Rate based on what the group promised.

2. Do not negatively rate Hajj/Umrah Groups for which they have no control. For example delays due to traffic conditions, flight delays, etc.

3. Avoid using names of individual people.

Hajj & Umrah Group Review

Pros (postive comments)(if you comment on the hotel please mention the name): First of all i want to thank allah swt for giving me the opportunity to complete my umrah and i hope he fulfils everyone's dua's and then mine.

1. Makkah Mawaddah Hotel - Next to Makkah Hilton and Dar ul Tawhid. Very Very Close as promised and described by the group leader. Very convenient, Nice hotel together with good facilities. Really happy no complaints from anyone in the group and myself. The closest hotel from any UK agent. This is a promise with a competitive package for Hajj and Umrah.
2. New Harmain Palace Hotel 5 mins walk to Masjid. Again no complaints here. excellent facilities and very convenient. Friendly hotel staff.
3. Group Leader. The best in our region. I'm not just saying that. i was told good things about him before i went and these were all true. He is honest, reliable, and always there when you need him. He is the kind of haji that's is not happy if you are not happy. This is why he is probably always fully booked before any other group in the UK. So book early to avoid disappointment if not this year in the years to come. This is why i've already given my passport to him for Hajj Inshallah this year.

Prices vary for different groups as someone includes food and qurbani as others don't and so on. But what you really need to look at is the closer the hotels are the higher the price. Please don't expect too much when tou pay too less. You get what you pay for.

For the brother and sisters who have come back from Saudi Umrah Mubarak and for the brothers and sisters who are going to Hajj this year may allah make the journey easy for you inshallah.
